TERMS OF USE

The purchaser may use products by Vivify, LLC for their classroom use only. Each license purchased is a single classroom license only. All rights reserved.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Vivify, LLC is the sole owner and source of all resources and intellectual property. The resources do not violate, infringe, or misappropriate any copyright, right of privacy, right of publicity, trademark, trade name, trade secret, or other common law or statutory intellectual property or any other right of any nature of any third party. Vivify, LLC maintains full ownership of all intellectual property.

Customer and Authorized Users are permitted to:

  • Print and copy resources for the Customer and their Authorized users for classroom use only.

  • Authorized Users are permitted to save resources to both their home and work computers.

  • Post resources online, provided that resources posted online are behind a password-protected site or Learning Management System such as Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, etc. Customer’s students should be the only ones able to access the resources on the LMS.

Customer and Authorized Users are prohibited from:

  • Reproducing the resources or reselling the resources as their own, either in their original or a derivative form

  • Distributing the resources to unauthorized users who do not maintain a license. This includes posting resources on a shared drive, shared server, or another similar sharing platform for other teachers to access and use

  • Posting resources on the internet for the general public.

    The cost is $349/teacher per year with a 10% discount provided for multiple licenses.

  • Each teacher will have an individual account to access materials for an entire year.

    Our resources are provided digitally as downloadable PDFs and Google Slides. No shipping or storage is needed!

    While Vivify STEM is active on TPT, our educator memberships are entirely separate from TPT.

    Each license is for the use of the product by ONE teacher and can not be transferred to another teacher at any time.

  • Yes! All orders above $75 can be processed via purchase order. Complete the form to request a quote.
